Please be mindful of others who use this room and clean up your projects before you leave. If you see items running out or do not see them, please inform the administrative office, so they can be replenished. All items necessary for ministry projects can be found in this area.  If not, please ask.

If you have a ministry and wish to have an email for that ministry, or wish to have a Capitol City email address for your use, please send a note to the webmaster along with your current email address so your information can be sent to you when it is set up.  Also if you have ministry information for the website, please also forward that to the webmaster so the website can be updated on a regular basis. All expired events and announcements will be deleted.
  
CLERK ANNOUNCEMENTS
 
The clerk on duty for the month is posted on the bulletin board as you enter the church to the right and is posted on the outside of the clerk's box located in the coat area outside the Administrative Office. Please remember that all announcements for the clerk must be written and in the box by 10:30am each Sabbath. Any announcements that are placed there after that time will not be read until the following Sabbath.
